Copperbrook HOA Volunteer Board Members

Meet Your Elected Board Members:

  • Francesca Garcia  - President.  Areas of interest:  Events manager, Pool Waivers/bands, Security, Finances.
  • Sam Hall - Vice President.  Areas of interest:  Community landscaping, pool and park.
  • JoDee Stegmaier - Secretary.  Areas of interest:  Welcome packets and the Copperbrook newsletter.
  • Elias Megersa - Treasurer.  Areas of interest:  IT and Security. 
  • Angie Pena - Board Member/ ARC Committee.

The Copperbrook website is managed by Sam Hall and Francesca Garcia. 


Our Community

Copperbrook Homeowners Association

 The purpose of Copperbrook HOA is to work towards a safe, enjoyable and beautiful community.  The board members are homeowners who live in the community and volunteer their valuable time to help make Copperbrook a great place to live.  
The board appreciates the value of your hard-earned dollar and is very careful when making financial decisions.  Each board member studies the budget and pledges to invest Community funds wisely.
Current projects:

  • Monument lights - Copperbrook has been plagued by electrical issues regarding the old wiring to the Copperbrook monument lights.  We have recently rewired all the monuments are are pleased to report hat they are all working.  We are working closely with the Westland 4 Property Owners Association, which is adding lighting and also have extensive landscaping improvements to West Rd in the pipe-line.
  • Security cameras - We have new car license plate recognition cameras installed at each entrance to enhance security for everyone.  Security is a hot topic and we are working hard to keep our community safe!!  If you would like to be a part of our neighborhood watch program, please email us for more information.
  • Park benches - We have aging street furniture at the play park.  Having recently purchased a new solid concrete trash can (which is up-cycled), we are looking to replace the bench and the picnic table in the playpark area.
  • Landscaping - Last year we replaced the hedge in the pool parking lot, replanted a large section of the pool terrace landscaping, and trimmed the trees on the West Road easement.  We have just completed a new landscaping project in the Willancy Lane cul-de-sac, and it now looks great.  We are currently working with our landscapers to improve the area surrounding the pool house.
