As of 5/11/20: Latest information on pool access.  Our pool guru has spoken.  We will need to have certain restrictions when we do open the pool.  Chairs will be 6 feet apart, limited capacity of 12 in the pool and limited seating on pool deck., limited hours and everyone will be required to rinse off before entering the pool.  In order to follow these instructions, we will need to have a pool monitor in place.  We hope to have more information for you after our Special Meeting scheduled for June 1st.

We are handing our pool bands this week as a last chance, if you are unable to get your bands then, you will need to contact Paragon Mgt. and a fee will be accessed for 10.00 or 20.00 for lost card.

Please call if you are unable to come to the scheduled date.

Let us know if you have any questions.
The Board has voted to wait and possibly open the Pool in June. The CDC guidelines are requiring 25 percent capacity, and our attorney advised we follow these rules should we open sooner. Stay safe and thank you for understanding.

Keep posted for the latest info on copperbrookhoa.com or our this site for more information.

Neighborhood Watch: Virtual Meeting o be scheduled next week

HARRIS COUNTY CURFEW: Midnight to 6:00am

Plans are underway...

Committee Head: Javier Garcia

Here is how you can help out.  See something, say something. It is vital that we all do our part to keep our community safe. Contact the local Sheriff non emergency number at

281-221-6000  or log on to https://www.911.org/ for more information.

For the general community: We have Neighborhood Watch Signs for those part of the committee.  We want to thank homeowners that have taken the time to be a part of this group.

The Neighoborhood Watch Program provides the extra eyes and ears for our Sheriff officers.  We get to know the neighbors and vehicles that are part of our community.  We know which houses are up for sale or vacant, and call non-emergency if you see unusual activity. .

What is common and targets:

-Burglary of Motor Vehicle (BMV):

Theft of items taken from inside vehicle.

-Criminal Mischief

Vandalism of personal property or community common areas -Burglary of Habitation

With the curfew in place and many working from home, vehicles driving in the neighborhood between Midnight to 6:00am are considered suspicious.  Some of us are "Essential Workers" who have letters in hand stating such, and can be out on the roads during these hours.  Our community has 4 Flock Security entrance cameras that take pictures of license plates should our officers need that information and our Pool area has 8 cameras to help ensure we have a few extra eyes in our community.

We want to thank all of those that are following the orders from Harris County and Federal Gov't of keeping a 6ft distrance while out and about walking in the community and parks.  Be safe and keep posted for updates on this group.

Deputy Dhaliwal Memorial

It seems like yesterday...

The Deputy Dhaliwal Memorial is in the final steps of completion.  We are currently working on making some small adjustments and adding a beautiful engraved plaque.  A huge thanks to all that donated towards our efforts and all who contributed ideas and helping it come to fruition.  A community effort for many to enjoy for years to come.
