POOL OPENS (PENDING UPDATES ON CORONAVIRUS)
We are so sorry to delay the opening of the pool, but we want to keep our you and the community safe.
(Subject to change due to Public Health Advisories on the Coronavirus)
Tuesday to Sunday 6am to 10pm
Friday 9am to 10pm
Pool card system is operated by the board members.
To swim you will need:
To be current on your HOA account or be on a payment plan.
Have signed a waiver for the 2020 season.
Have a working gate card.
Have swim bands for this years season.
SWIM BANDS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES ON YOUR WRIST.
WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.
The dates to get your pool cards activated and wristbands for the 2020 season are:
MARCH and APRIL
In an effort to curtail large group gatherings, we can distribute bands via our pool mailbox system.
Fill out your form and drop in our mailbox at the pool. We will contact you with any additional questions and drop your bands off at your home.
Saturday, MAY 1st 6:00-8:00PM (Pool)
Saturday, May 9th 5:30-7:30 (Pool)

IF YOU MISSED THE POOL CARD DAYS AND STILL WANT ACCESS, PLEASE EMAIL US FOR INSTRUCTIONS. WE REGRET THAT THERE IS A $10 LATE CHARGE TO COVER ADMIN COSTS, WHICH GOES BACK TO THE HOA.

There is a $10.00 fee for late waiver and band review. There is a $20 charge for lost or new cards.
Place application in our Mailbox dropbox and contact Francesca Garcia at 832-265-8564 to confirm waiver has been submitted. Your pool card can be used every year. Please allow 3-5 business days for card and bands to be hand delivered once payment has been received.
