Copperbrook Homeowners Association
The purpose of Copperbrook HOA is to work towards a safe, enjoyable and beautiful community. The board members are homeowners who live in the community and volunteer their valuable time to help make Copperbrook a great place to live.
The board appreciates the value of your hard-earned dollar and is very careful when making financial decisions. Each board member studies the budget and pledges to invest Community funds wisely.
About Us...
Copperbrook is a community in the northwest suburbs of Houston near Cypress, TX. The neighborhood is in northwest Harris County and is located along West Road between State Highway 6 and Eldridge Rd. Development began in 1995 and finished with the last homes being built in the late 1990’s. The community is now fully built out with 293 homes spread out over the subdivision. While Copperbrook has a Houston TX address, it is not located within the City of Houston, but resides in the unincorporated area of Harris County. It is located in the ETJ or Extra Territorial Jurisdiction of the City of Houston, which means that it is possible for it to be annexed into the City of Houston in the future. Government and other public services are currently provided by Harris County, several local municipal utility districts, and the HOA’s. The Copperbrook Community Association contracts with the Harris County Sheriff's Dept. to provide neighborhood police patrols.
Amenities
Copperbrook contains many recreational facilities and neighborhood amenities. The community is improved with a neighborhood pool and park for the use of the residents. Walking and biking trails are located along the easements contained within the neighborhood. All residents have access to the community pool and park. Municipal utility districts provide water and sewer services.
Trash & Waste Disposal
Trash pickup is handled by Best Trash Waste Management company which is contracted by the HOA.
Trash days are Monday's & Thursday's
Bins should be placed no earlier than the night before and stowed away after trash pick up.
